The HAKKO FX-888DX soldering station is the successor to the popular predecessor model FX-888D and has several new features:

Thanks to the newly installed rotary encoder, the soldering station is easy to set up and operate by pressing and holding the button. The FX-888DX scores points when soldering with low operating temperatures, thanks to the temperature range of 50 - 480°C. For heavy-duty soldering and to increase work efficiency, the optional 95 W soldering iron FX-8806 (not included) with excellent performance can be used.

HAKKO 1-port all-round soldering station 100 W (AC 24 V)

  • temperature ranges 50°C-480°C
  • power consumption 100 W
  • 30+ tip sizes and shapes
  • 5 handpiece options available
  • Digital display
  • password function
  • preset mode
  • parameterization mode

Included in delivery:

  • FX 888DX-31 BY soldering station including power cable
  • FX-8801 soldering iron type M 65 W for use with soldering tips of the T18 series
  • soldering tip T18-B
  • FH 800-05SV tool holder with cleaning sponge and cleaning wire
  • operating instructions

The FX-888DX station is a 100W soldering station. This offers excellent heat recovery by using T18 series tips due to their excellent thermal conductivity . This allows soldering at a lower set temperature and reduces thermal impact on components as well as tip oxidation which can shorten tip life.

In addition, settings can be locked with a password to prevent them from being changed unexpectedly. Of course, it is also possible to restrict all setting changes or prevent users from switching to certain modes. It allows you to choose a usage style that best suits your needs.

The soldering station has a preset mode, which is very convenient if you want to adjust the set temperature to a specific workpiece, component or tip shape. You can simply select the desired temperature from a selection of preset temperatures that have been registered in advance. (Up to 5 preset temperatures can be registered.)

Another plus point is the compact station body, measuring only 100 (W) × 125 (D) mm, which does not require much space and is therefore ideal for small workplaces. In addition, the ground contact points have been positioned as close as possible to the outer edge of the body to improve stability and make it more difficult to overturn the station.

A tool holder is included. This highly functional tool holder not only improves usability but also brings a sense of visual consistency to the work environment.
